In an effort to reduce wait times and ensure items can be properly checked for quality, proper tagging, etc. we are staggering drop off times based on last name. Please try to come at your assigned time. If that is simply not possible, please bring them at your convenience. We are trying this on a trial basis to see whether it helps decongest check-in.

A-H: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
Last Names
I-P: 2:00pm – 5:00pm
Last Names
Q-Z: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
